Currency Exchange Value Changes By Year

I am trying to do a currency conversion in Excel using a Pivot Chart. Is it possible to use a different "currency exchange rate" each year?

So far I have tried =IF(Years = 2012, Sales * 1.25) and different variations but so far no luck. Is it even possible?

Here is what I am trying to accomplish

Assuming the Russian rubble was valued at $1.25 USD in 2012, $1.10 in 2013, $1.75 in 2014, $0.97 in 2015, $1.02 in 2016 and $2.25 in 2017, calculate how much in USD were sold in Russia during this period and plot this on a chart
