I have a list from daily inserted data, however there is repeats in my data. Therefore my list has GS, GS, GS, AV, AV, BT, UV. Is there a way that I could delete the repeats, since they show the correct information and are the same value. (in order to make my list shorter)

Yes. Which version of Excel are you using? You need to update your profile so that we can tailor our solutions. Your Windows version is not of very much use to us.

Merged cells, regardless will still show the cells in the same value as attached.
