Problem choosing chart - 4 categories with 2 criteria

Okay, I've attached a spreadsheet. I'm having an issue choosing a chart. The data I have is for four regions. In each region I'm doing a count of the number of employees who have a certain ethnicity AND I'm also concerned about particular jobs. So, ideally I'd like a chart that captures *all* the data. So it would show, by region, the counts for people in job 1 who have ethnicity X.

Trouble is, I'm not sure how to set it up at all. I think I might have too many criteria. Ideally I'd like a bar chart or a combo chart, but at this point I'm open to anything.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

I feel like I used up all my brain power in order to create the formulas to get the data and now I have nothing left over to figure out the chart.

As a first guess, I tried a stacked column/bar chart:

    1) Select A1:M10 and insert a stacked column/bar chart.
    2) Excel guessed wrong on my intended category axis data, so I brought up the select data dialog and
2a) Deleted the unintended 6-30-19 data series
2b) Edit the category axis range so it covers both rows -- B1:M2.
    3) Other formatting as desired.

    What do you think?

Okay that's pretty damn good. Thank you.

One thing though - is it possible to make the grey lines go all the way up? I've attached a picture for clarity - the blue lines are what I would like.

In my version of Excel, it is not a simple option. If it is available in your version of Excel, I would expect it to be a gridline option.

I could see doing some more complicated things to fake the gridlines between region like you describe, but it would be more involved, and I'm not sure if you would consider it worth the effort.
