Read statistics and show on Chart

I work in a building firm where we bid on building jobs.

We have no statistics to show how many we win or loose, nigther who we loose to or over.
I would like to have a chart that gets updated every time we ad the results of our bid.

I have a picture of the sheet where the info is put in.
I have no idear of how to put up anything that will give me the statistics.

What I am looking for is some sort of chart that will show:

    1. How often do we win? (If cell in collumn L says "VUNDET" then we have won, "TABT" Meens we have lost.
    2. Who do we win over and how often? The contractor we won over will be in Collumn O
    3. Who do we loose to and how often? The contractor we Loose to will be in Collumn O
    4. total sum of the wins for the top 3 contractors? Collumn M is our Bid, Collumn N is the bid of the contrator we either won or lost to.

I am interestet in us and 4 other contractors, it is usally the same 4 to 6 contractors that bid on the jobs.

I hope this gives some sort of meening and it is sufficient to help me in the right dirrection.
If you have a better idear, please let me know.

Re: Read statistics and show on Chart

So I have made some changes and I have found out that it is Pivot tables and Pivot charts I need.
Not something I done before, so I am clicking on everything and making a mess of the charts

Here is what I am Trying to do.
    1. How often do we win?
    2. Who do we win over and how often?
    3. Who do we loose to and how often?
    4. total sum of the wins for the top 3 contractors?
I don't expect it all to be on one chart, so something like a dashboard would be breat.

I hope someone can guide me in the right direction.

Table is changed to this now.
