Gantt chart for hours worked covering a 24 hr period

Hi, I need to create a gantt chart that will fill in the hours that an employee is scheduled to work. The work schedules sometimes cross over midnight. I have been able to get it to work correctly when their schedule doesn't go past midnight. All times are in military time with no decimals. I've attached what I have so far.

Assuming that you are talking about schedules like Richard's on Sunday 28-Jul try using the following as a conditional formatting rule for S14:AO14
    Formula: copy to clipboard
