Arrow Excel database with multiple fields:creating, maintaining

Hello everyone from...well...newbie in Excel. Need some help.
Situation: I need to enter big amounts of data into Excel in order to later process it. Possible fields:
    01. Date, entered manually
    02. Month, day, probably entered manually. Option for "x" (not readable)
    03. Gender. Probably choice, option for "x" ("other")
    04. Another choice list, option for "x" ("other")
    05. Text information, entere manually
    06. Text information, entered manually. Option NOT to fill
    07. Text information, entered manually
    08. Text information, entered manually
    09. Text information, entered manually
    10. Text information, entered manually
    11. Text information, entered manually
    12. Text information, entered manually
    13. Text information, entered manually
    14. Text information, entered manually
    15. Most complicated field. It must comparw field5 with field7 {if positive, marks field15 with A], if no match - proceed to field5 vs field9 [positiver:mark with A]; if no match, proceed to field5 vs field11, if still no match-vs field13 [in positive in any case, mark with B]. If still no match, field2 is compared with pre-entered list (like: January 1 - Sagitarius; January 2 - Leo...), if positive - mark with C. If nothing at all - mark with X.
    16. Check/uncheck. Like - "Is it a forgery? yes/no"

Question: is there any wy for newbie to create such monstrocity?

Hello Sardukar and Welcome to Excel Forum.
    1. If column A contains a date then column B can be populated using that date and custom formatting i.e. mmm dd
    2. It would be helpful if you could upload a small desensitized sample that manually shows each of the possible expected outcomes listed for field 15 (column O)
    3. We probably need more information about the logic for populating field 16 (column P).
To upload a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy) click on the GO ADVANCED button below the Quick Reply window and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
Let us know if you have any questions.

    .
Here is the basis of what you are seeking. This example uses a UserForm for input.
You can expand the textbox fields to include as many or as few fields as desired.

Study the code ... it truly is basic and should be self-explanatory :
