Create orgchart using HR data in Excel

Hello all - I'm attaching an example of what we are trying to achieve NOT using Visio
We need to create an OrgChart using HR data - so far we have used SmartArt in Excel which is a very manual process and any changes need to be done manually... is there any way this process can be automated - in this example pulling data from the KEY tab into the "JBS Terminal" tab?
