Count fixed values in pivot and make pie chart

Hi everyone

In the document attached I need the Pivot on "Sheet 2" to to count the Team members (USI/ECDR) in the "Team 1 (2)" Sheet. From the Pivot I need a pie chart that shows the percentage and absolute value of people in "USI/ECDR". Also the pivot and pie chart should update automatically if new people are added to the list. If possible it should also be possible to filter for active/inactive.
Help would be much appreciated.

If I understand correctly the pivot table on Sheet2 will do what you want with the exception of automatically updating (I believe that will require VBA) which would need to be done by choosing Refresh from the Pivot Table Analyze tab.

Drag "Team" into the Row field then into the Values field. In the values field it will automatically give a count "Team" as it is a column filled with text.
From the PivotTable Analysis tab select Pivot Chart and then Pie.
Right click anywhere in the Pie chart and choose "Add data labels".
Right click on one of the data labels and choose "Format data labels".
Check both Values and Percentage. Optionally you could also uncheck Show leader lines.
