Using a pivot table in MS Word for merge

Firstly, apologies if this is in the incorrect section.

I don't have any examples to hand, but I will try to explain.

Our datasheet contains about 1000 rows. The first column "ID" contains a unique code for this company. This is a repeating value, as in, rows 20-30 could have the same ID and 40-50.
I threw this into a pivot table to only show one ID and then the columns to go with it. Works great.

The problem is now that the bosses want this pivot table on a word document. Not only that but the document would need to change for all 60 unique ID numbers.

    So I have two options.
Manually paste in the pivot table 60 times in 60 different documents, changing the ID in the pivot table each time.
Or hopefully find a way to automate this process.

    We are using O365.

I can't get my mind how to get power query to show only one ID per row and then the other columns spread out over the rows as well. I've tried unpivot, pivot.

    Any help is really appreciated.

    Welcome to the forum

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
let Source = #table({"Question","Thread", "User"},{{"Answered","Mark Solved", "Add Reputation"}}) in Source

If I give you Power Query (Get & Transform Data) code, and you don't know what to do with it, then CLICK HERE
