Pivot Table - Multiple records with same last name

Hi there,

I have a pivot table that pulls from a larger staff list.

It operates as intended - however records that share the last name are nested together.

Ideally what I want is a new row for each record, IE to have the last names repeated rather than nested.

Any ideas of how to correct this? I have looked at existing formatting and have played around with the pivot settings but to no avail.

Goto PivotTable Tools>Design>Layout>Report Layout>Repeat All Item Labels

The above solution should have worked, but the option was greyed out.

Workaround was to go Design>Report Layout>Repeat All Item Labels.
