Hi all
I am sure this is quite an easy question to answer, but I can't work out how to do it and have a deadline to meet! I have a set of data from which I need to produce a number of charts. I have completed most of the task, but can't see how to complete the final request. To give some background, a question was asked of all staff. Staff are split into teams, I have eleven teams (plus "no team stated") to consider. Some teams are considerably bigger than others - the largest has over 1,500 staff members, the smallest has 1. The question they were asked has three possible answers. I need to present a chart which shows the percentage of staff who answered in a particular way, but with a data label appended which shows the actual number of staff in the team. I have attached a workbook which I hope shows this more succinctly than I can describe in words. From that workbook, the chart I need to show is Chart A, but with the data labels in Chart B. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
Ed
