I've got a list that needs to be organised in a table based on the cost centre. How do I create a pivot table which will update automatically when the data in the list get changed. See attached example sheet.
I've got a list that needs to be organised in a table based on the cost centre. How do I create a pivot table which will update automatically when the data in the list get changed. See attached example sheet.
You cannot use the Pivot Table to extract the text the way you want.
Use the formula in G3 and copy and paste it to other cells.
Note: This is an Array Formula, so please make sure to do the Control + Shift + Enter at a time.
