Hi, please see attached. Its a data for Travel Advance Claim by employee. It has the Claim Date, Claim Amount, Return Date, Return Amount and Expense Amount (which is Claim amt - Return amt)
I have compile the raw data for one whole year, but then my boss wan to be able to see as at every month end, what is the Balance as at every month and what does it make up of.
He give me a sample template. HOwever, i find it require a lot of manual copy and paste and very prone to error.
Is there any way, that from my source data, using Query or Pivot Table to be able to generate what he wan?
