Failure to plot a Bar graph in Excel 2010

Hi all. I am using Excel 2010 and am having problems with plotting a simple bar graph. In the file attached, my Excel 2010 gives me the chat shown but the same data works well with Excel 2016. Any ideas on what could be happening?

You have not really made the nature of the problem clear - in what way are Excel 2010 and 2016 behaving differently? Someone without Excel 2010 will not be able to help without more specific detail.

The values in the non working chart are text.

Note the different alignment of the values on the worksheet. Numbers right align, text left aligns.
