How to format the colour of a bar in a bar chart based on the colour or rating of a cell

in the attached example, I have a bar chart illustrating the time it takes to complete a task. I want to illustrate the effort required for each task by automatically coloring the bars Green (low effort), Amber or Red (high effort)

Do you know how to automate the coloring of the bars to reflect the effort required in column E?

If you create three separate columns for H, M, L and use a simple formula like this

to split the data from your duration column then you can set the colour of each series sepaerately.
