How i can plot the scatter chart with three columns :
Name Type 1 Rate
Albert 50 150
Ideally the plot should be like .....Albert(50,150)
Attached the file for your reference.
Sheet 1 - both the values are plotted separately which is wrong
Sheet 2- this is how it should be plotted but i am confused how i can get the names on the plot or dot
Please suggest, the sample raw data is attached in the sheet 3
If you add data labels to the series you can then use the "Value from Cells" option to display the name rather than x or y value.

What part can you not do?
You add data labels, then format data labels.
Uncheck Y value and check Values from cells. Then via the dialog that is presented select the range containing text
