Change your data source to the actual range you are using, instead of the entire columns B:D. The performance will be greatly improved, and the blank rows will disappear.
You could use a dynamic named range as your data source - but much easier would be simply formatting your source data as a table. Why are you copying and pasting from Sheet1 to Sheet2? You can just use Sheet1 as your data source, and apply filters.
See corrected workbook attached.
let Source = #table({"Question","Thread", "User"},{{"Answered","Mark Solved", "Add Reputation"}}) in Source

I could not change data source and filter pivot table because a nother sheet read data from pivot table.(first I filter the data in sheet1 then copy a:a,c:c then past in sheet 2 next in header data refresh).
thank
That makes no sense. It doesn't matter if the pivot table is referred to elsewhere.
Does your sample workbook accurately mirror your real requirement? Does the example workbook I attached not work for you?
That is Special file . i want remove blank rows in pivot table, Previous file I sent Is Correct and That's part of my file sample.
So, what's preventing you from changing your pivot table source to the actual data range, instead of entire columns, as I suggested?
