Set Filter Help

Hi all,

So I just received an excel sheet from a colleague and she wants me to edit some of the filter names which appear to be set(ie things were sorted into different categories and these categories don't seem like they can be changed). I can't seem to find anything about set filters through google searches, so I was wondering if anyone knew how to work with them.
