Plotting a chart of person's score over time

Hi all,
although I am not new to Excel I am new to charting and graphs in Excel and so am in need of some assistance. I am looking to create a line plot of change in score over time per person.
I have attached an example sheet to this thread with a rough representation of what I am trying to achieve. Any assistance is greatly appreciated and of course if anyone has suggestions on how to portray this data more effectively.

Sorry - I don't see any representation of what you are trying to achieve, just a set of data. What does that data represent? Is this one person's data?

Hi Ali,
thanks for looking at my post first off!! The data represents Individual's IDs in column A, their score in Column B and the date in which they attained that score in column C.
There are a lot of people on there and some only having 1 or 2 scores so won't contribute nicely to the graph but I am hoping to cherry pick individuals in the final report.
I have attached an updated sheet to this thread with previously mentioned representation.

I find there are two parts to many charting questions -- a spreadsheet part about how to arrange data in the spreadsheet, and then the actual part about creating the chart.

Arranging the data. For something like this, I would expect to see a table with dates down the left side of the table, names across the top, and scores (and blanks) in the body of the table. I'm not sure what your favorite strategies are for moving/copying/arranging data in the spreadsheet, use whatever strategy you like (a pivot table might be easiest if you don't have a favorite strategy).

Create the chart from the table of data. If you did well at arranging the data, the chart may just create itself. If you used a pivot table, it may have some issues with the dates (It will treat them as categories rather than real dates), but that can be overcome.
