Sunburst chart proportion

Starburst will not do this as each layer is the same thickness. It the segments within a band that changes not the thickness/height.

In the attached are 2 examples you you might be able to use.
Sheet 1 has a filled radar. The stacks are pointed wedges but the distance from center is correct.

Sheet 2 has a multi layer donut. The stacks are more like your example but the distance from center is in bands.
The example is 10% bands. In order to get the accuracy of 1% you will need to expand the number of layers. You also need to include an addition series for
each country in order to display nothing when the value does not equal the same as the outer layer. With out the padding all the other countries on that layer will be out of sync.

There is a small bit of code to format the points within each series to be white.

Now it look's very nice.

Now, only problem is the loading of 100 columns that represents 100%.
