    Angry Sunburst chart proportion

    Hello,

I want to make a pie like in the image attached.

I try to do this using sunburst chart type in excel but I can't make it looks like the chart in the report present on the link above.

Can you tell me please if I can do that chart with excel charts?

    Thank you!

Are you trying to get the map part or the colored funnel by decreasing value?

    Hello Mr DavidBowman.
The map will not be a probleme because I will make in other program.....

Yes, the colored funnel by decreasing value is my problem. I can't make look like in image above. I can't make that proportion scale look like that.
Can you tell me if I can make with excel chart this type of proportion and if can look like that?

    Thank you,
    Best recards.

    Re: Sunburst chart proportion

Starburst will not do this as each layer is the same thickness. It the segments within a band that changes not the thickness/height.

In the attached are 2 examples you you might be able to use.
Sheet 1 has a filled radar. The stacks are pointed wedges but the distance from center is correct.

Sheet 2 has a multi layer donut. The stacks are more like your example but the distance from center is in bands.
The example is 10% bands. In order to get the accuracy of 1% you will need to expand the number of layers. You also need to include an addition series for
each country in order to display nothing when the value does not equal the same as the outer layer. With out the padding all the other countries on that layer will be out of sync.

There is a small bit of code to format the points within each series to be white.

    Re: Sunburst chart proportion

In the end I have the results that I want.
So I thank you Mr. Andy Pope.

One last question, can you tell me how can I modify the macro code so that I can edit border color of series or layer?
