PivotTable reading from 2 tables with realtionships, but fields not on top of eachother.

Hello friends, hope all is well!

Can you please help me with the pivot table here (please see attachment).
It is a Pivot Table reading from two separate tables (sheets), I built relationships.

How can I have the fields on top of each other. In the attachment you will see the same filed names in the same color but they are next to each other.
ps: without PowerQuery and without PowerPivot.

Your help as always is truly appreciated!
