Create Scatter Chart with different color data points and Legend

Good morning all!

I am having issues trying to create a scatter chart.

I need the Description column plotted on y-axis and the Days column plotted on the x-axis.

I was able to create this (see Example A in attached file), but I need a way to show what "Trademark" each dot applies to. There are 5 different trademarks (found in column A).

So I would like each trademark to have its own color (thus the need for a legend; see example B in attached file).

Please let me know if this is possible. I have tried everything...please help!

My first answer to "conditional formatting of chart data points" is Jon Peltier's approach described here: https://peltiertech.com/conditional-...s-without-vba/ Note that most of the work is in the spreadsheet setting up your =IF(condition,value,NA()) columns. Once you have those columns set up, the chart set up is pretty straightforward. Read through Peltier's tutorial and let us know if you have any questions.
