    Pivot table of progression scores

    Hi guys,

For our research we need to give feedback to patients based on several scores they obtain on different dates.

Here a small fictive example of my dataset:

Now we have a bunch of these ID's of course and I would like to generate a graph per ID where you can see the progress (lower score means progress!) of the patient.

I tried all day using pivot table but i am not getting anywhere. I know there is a way to refer to your whole dataset using a pivot table/graph and then filter on ID, where only the graph is generated for the ID you want when you click on the ID you want.

I would really appreciate your help! Thanks in advance.

Pivot tables are designed to work with row over row data as displayed in the table on the PQ Table sheet.
The table on the PQ Table sheet is produced using Power Query which is a free add on for Excel versions 2010 and later.
The first step is to convert the range of data on Blad1 to a table (tblProgScores)
Next from the Data tab select From Table/Range
The code used to produce the table (paste into the advanced editor window accessed from the Power Query editor window) is:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
Last step is to produce the pivot table as seen on the PT sheet.
