how to subtract target by Task 'A' in using calculated field in pivot table

    Hi,

I have a created a pivot table showing count of Doc Number by month in relation to Task type.
Also, i have added a targeting number (3) using calculated field.

By doing so, I would like to get a target vs. actual comparison graph.

Question 1. I was trying to get number after subtracting Target by how many Task 'A' completed by month using calculated field. However, I could not work out to get the right number. Is there any way to do it?

Question 2. If the target increases from Feb 2020, is there anyway to reflect in excel without affecting previous months?

Please advise me. Thank you in advance.

    Regards,
    MK

If not, perhaps update your profile as necessary to properly reflect the exact version(s) of Excel your question relates to? Members tailor answers based on your Excel version.
