Hi have the table in the attached and want it to map to a grid where it puts them in particular boxes of performance.
1. i cant seem to find a chart that maps based on x and y axis.
2. How do i put the info of the grid (coloured grid image in the xls) almost as a water mark behind each box
3. Cant change the labels to be that of the names of the people

Low tech proposal.
Change the transparency of the chart to 90% and put the picture behind the chart.
Note that the x and y values of the chart have been changed to match the axis labels of the picture and set the data labels to Value from Cells (A2:A9)

My first thought would be to use something like this from Jon Peltier: https://peltiertech.com/risk-matrix-charts-in-excel/ It's basically a stacked column + XY scatter combination chart where you use the stacked column chart to provide the colored blocks in the background with the XY scatter part of the chart showing the individual data points.
Will something like that work for you?
