Question Pivot Table create multiple columns of results from different filers on a single column

I have an excel workbook with invoice types, 'AMOUNT's, the date the invoice is due 'DUE DATE', and a calculated column with the number of 'DAYS OVERDUE'. I want to create a pivot table with a row for each invoice type, and a column with the summed prices of the invoices for each due date rang of 'DAYS OVERDUE' less than 31, 31-60, 61-90 days, and above 90 days.

I'm having a problem taking a column of integers for 'DAYS OVERDUE' and turning it into multiple columns of data based on a different numerical filter for each column in the pivot.

I attempted to create a Calculated Field named '0-30' with the calculation: =IF('DAYS OVERDUE'<0,'AMOUNT',0). Unfortunately, this did not return a sum of the amounts where the days overdue were less than 0. Can you advise? Your help is appreciated.

Re: Pivot Table create multiple columns of results from different filers on a single colum

Hello jsmorris and Welcome to Excel Forum.
Is there a particular reason that this needs to be accomplished by way of a calculated field?
It would seem simpler to add a column to the source data using something similar to: =IF(A2="","",IF(A2<=30,"0-30",IF(A2<=60,"31-60",IF(A2<=90,"61-90","above 90"))))
This added column would then be placed in the column field of the pivot table.
