transforming a bad list into a table

Hello everyone

I have txt list I would like to transform in a table. Its contents are distributed like this

1. Journal name

Title*

Authors*

Author information*

Abstract*

DOI

PMCID

PMID

2. Journal name...

and so on. * means that this information has a varying number of lines, depending on the article.

I would like to turn that list in a table, where each article characteristic as a column, and each article title as a row. I'm not sure, but I believe pivot table is what can solve it. Any ideas?
