    Pivot Tables & Audit Results

    Dear Gurus, Namaste.
    I have been working on a project to convert audit results into a workable spreadsheet. Now that all the raw data is compiled I would like to have a pivot table to do a few things for me, but alas, pivot tables are my Achilles heel. This seems like a perfect application for pivot tables, but I've been sitting here for literally 4 days with no success.I run into trouble is trying to get the actual table working because of unstructured columns
    I have a bunch of audit data organized with audit queries on rows and responses on one column per site. The info in the first few rows (2nd row to 11th row) and (2nd & 3rd column) is what I want to group everything by, and the rest of the questions are scale responses (Yes,NO,NA).
    I've attached an example of the raw data I am working with. I'm needing a few things:

    A slicer to select the Format,Quarter, risk level and type of check for which results will be displayed
    I would appreciate any instructions that can be given so that I may complete this solo in the future.

    It would be really helpful if you mocked up a sample of what you want the end result to look like. I am not sure that I understand what your outcome should look like.

    Thanks for the reply. Basically i want to compare compliances of different sites against standard checklist.

    i am not able to do it because of unstructured columns

    i would like to keep the queries on rows and site responses on columns. i added site related and audit related data in rows above site responses.

    The Desired Results are
    Risk Level compliance % Vs compliance across sites i.e AA, BB,CC in different quarters and type of audit i.e internal or external using slicer.
    Type of check Vs compliance across sites i.e AA, BB,CC in different quarters and type of audit i.e internal or external using slicer.
    Sitewise comparison in different quarters.i.e AA compliance in different quarters Q1;Q2;Q3

    Attached a snapshot of similar kind for comparing incident data across sites
