    Charting Entries From Entire Workbook

    Hello All,

New member here... I have a question/problem that I was hoping someone in here could help out with.

I have a a 50+ sheet workbook that has entries related to each job we process. Each sheet is title by the customer name and has their correlating jobs. In the sheet, each entry has a column for Date, Name, Size, etc. I'm trying to find out how many jobs we have in this entire workbook. I'm looking to have a bar graph that shows how many entries there are year and/or month.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in Advance!

Hello deanjoshua and Welcome to Excel Forum.
It sounds as if you could do what you describe using Power Query (AKA Get & Transform) which comes standard with the 2016 version. You would first have to convert all of the ranges into tables if they are not already. At that point you could use the information in the video linked below (produced by an instructor at Highline college) to produce a data model from which a pivot table and pivot chart could be produced.
For more specific help please utilize the instructions in the banner at the top of the page to upload a small sample of the data.
