MEDIANIF or MEDIAN and ignore blank cells as a PowerPivot measure?

    Hi all

I have a data set with a column $/sqm and I want to have a median measure for this pivot table ONLY if there is a number in the cell. I want to ignore blank cells or cells with text inside them and I know that MEDIAN fails to ignore these cells.

This is easy to do normally but I don't know how to do an array formula using PowerPivot (Control Shift Enter).

    Any tips?

    Thanks
    Paul
