Duplicating chart format over multiple group of data

Hi everyone,

I have an Excel workbook that has >30 groups of data, each having 19 columns and 900 rows of data (This is downscaled to 19 columns, 300 rows in the example workbook).
I have created a chart with the 1st group of data, including formatting the y and x axis, the chart title, series name, etc. (See the top chart).
Then, I saved the 1st chart as a template. However, when I tried using the template for the 2nd chart, none of the chart formatting was loaded onto the 2nd chart (See the bottom chart).
Is there some steps that I'm missing when creating the 2nd chart?
