It seems to be a scaling issue but I cant get the data to display properly in the scatter plot, it should look like a curve but no matter what I do it just shows up as a bunch of dots along the x axis. In the sheet labeled "brass".

It appears that all of the values in column B are numbers stored as text. In a scatter chart, Excel treats text entries -- including numbers stored as text -- as the value 0.
