Help needed with chart with multiple series

Hello,

I have the following data sample:

01/01/2019 | AB123 | 100
14/02/2019 | AB123 | 124
16/02/2019 | AB123 | 124
16/02/2019 | AB123 | 127
10/02/2019 | AC221 | 103
16/04/2019 | AC221 | 121
21/05/2019 | AC221 | 128

Is it possible for me to get this data on a chart in the following way:

Criteria 1 (dates) as the horizontal axis
Criteria 2 (eg AB123) as the series (one series for each criteria code)
Criteria 3 (numbers) as the data in the body of the chart

Any help would be appreciated!
