Question How to make chart in excel combine values with same name

    2222.PNG

I want to sum up all "chick-01","duck-02" and shows in one bar instead multiple bar with same name.

I tried using SUMIF command to total up the same name, but it is possible to directly combine without using SUMIF and any additional command? I tried to not use additional command as my current excel sheet will be added more model and it already large.

    Thank you.

You do not show your SUMIF formula so hard to say why it was not working.

Charts do not aggregate the data, you need to do that in formula or pivot table and then chart result.

Sheet1 contains SUMIF example. The drawback with this is you will need to know the Model Name in order to create chart data.

An alternative is to use a pivot chart. But for this you would need to rotate your data.
