smoothed area in chart

Hello All,

While I was working with some old files in the office, I found a cool smoothed excel area chart but the person who created was using the values but not exactly referring to them.

Could any please help me with how to get this sort of chart in excel.

The points in the attached chart are entered manually instead of by using the range of data in the worksheet. The smoothing is the result of using a large number of points.

I don't know how this person created the chart but it was either by typing in the numbers or using some other tool to generate the list of numbers.
