changing axis in line graph - label axis should be on y-axis

Hi, I have an issue I come across quite often. I built an evaluation tool for a personality type questionnaire and the profile at the end should show a line between the different aspects of personality. Thus I have 10 labels with 10 values to it. When I plot a line chart, excel will automatically put the labels on the x-axis and the values on the y-axis. However I would like to have the labels on the y-axis and the values on the x-axis. I tried playing around with it (not the first time), but seem not to be able to achieve what I want. I attached a picture of what I get and what I would like. In addition is it possible to mark an area in a different color on the graph (i.e. in this example I would like the area between 4 and 6 (average part) in grey.
