Interactive Close Ratio

Morning All - I have an example, but also looking for some thoughts on a way to create a chart that is interactive for Sr. Mgmt.

I need to show close ratio for each of the 6 reps above. These 6 reps are also in 3 different regions, to which I need to show an interactive chart as well. So that's my goal.

My problem, is that I'm using a table as my source data, and when I go to make a chart, I can't remove the Closed Lost and Decline to Quotes (DTQ), becuase then that will adjust my Closed Won to 100%. How do I, without cutting the links to the table, keep that active.

Also, are there other charts that any of you enjoy to see and why?

I may be missing something, however to get the chart to display only the closed won percentages I utilized the select data feature and unselected closed lost and DTQ.
If the table on the Rep Close Ration sheet represents a pivot table then we may need to see the source data also.
