Within a workload spreadsheet that illustrates workload of individuals with the projects that they are working on, I would like to show the schedule with the project pivot table to make sure people have entered time all the way to the end of the schedule. I did not create the original file, so I may not be familiar with all of the settings and I am not a Pivot Table user per se. I have tried one way, and maybe there are better ideas out there which I am open to.
I created a dummy person call aSCHEDULE, so that it appears at the top of the list for each project. I have entered no time or even 0.1's of an hour in a given week but in either case the entire row is highlighted or just the first cell, but not just the cells that have either zeros, or in the attached example 0.1's.
The formatting I have tried is:
=AND(C4="aSCHEDULE", E4>0) which yields only a RED fill in E4
=AND($C4="aSCHEDULE", E4>0) which yields only a RED fill in the entire row.
Cells that have no values show a ~ and uses the rule
Cell Value equals "~" with a gray font
I have tried:
=AND($C4="aSCHEDULE", E4="0") which yields only a RED fill in the entire row.
=AND($C4="aSCHEDULE", E4<>"~") which yields only a RED fill in the entire row.
and several other combinations.
File is attached.
