Making changes to a 'Clustered bar chart'

Hi, I am fairly new to this forum and was hoping if someone could shed some light on the following problem.

I created a clustered bar chart and included a data table (see attachment). The vertical axis looks exactly how I would like it (see chart 1; starting with the highest numbers ’99.95-90’ at the top of the chart and the lowest numbers at the bottom). The data table, however, is what I would prefer the other way round (starting with the highest number on the left and the lowest number on the right). When I click on the data in the vertical axis of chart 1 -> right click ‘format axis’ -> Categories in reverse order, both the data table and the vertical axis change (which I assumed would happen; see chart 1 and chart 2). I have attached an excel sheet to illustrate the problem.

I would greatly appreciate any comments / feedback. Thank you very much.

    Kind regards,
    Seb

    Change the series plot order.

You can use the Select Data dialog to do that. Select a series and then use the ^ v buttons to change the order

Re: Making changes to a 'Clustered bar chart'

    Hi Andy,

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I tried to follow those steps but it didn't really accomplish my goal.
Not your fault. I might not have expressed myself well enough.

In my chart, the Vertical Axis on the left looks good as I want the highest number (90-99.95) at the top and the lowest
at the bottom of the chart.

The TOP LINE ONLY OF THE Data Table, however, is what I would like to have the other way round starting with
the highest number ON THE LEFT (90-99.95) all the way to the lowest number ON THE RIGHT (0-29.95)

Is there a way to do this without changing the order of the vertical axis at the same time?

I have changed the chart slightly to hopefully make it clearer ;-). My apologies.

    Kind regards,
    Seb
