Dashboard that changes displayed graph data based on filters

    Hi all,

Apologies if this has been posted before but I can't seem to find anything that answers my question.

I have a set of sales data that I would like to convert into a dynamic graph/dashboard.

This is sales data from one region from a number of stores. There is a regional sales manager and a number of area managers who look after 4/5 group managers, and they look after 3/4 stores each.

What I would like to do is create a dashboard where the regional manager can see sales data by area manager, then is able to see data for the 3/4 stores.

E.g. Default would be all stores.

Then filter by Area Manager 1 and see individual sales for 4/5 group managers, then filter by group manager and see sales for the 3/4 stores.

Would I be able to achieve with dynamic graphs or would I need to use VBA to build this?

Attached is an example excel file using the pivot table selectors to achieve your goals. Let us know if it works for you.

For the sake of thoroughness, I have created three graphs from the same pivot and added slicers that select data for all three pivots. Maybe this is what you were thinking of creating. Cheers.
