In a pivot table, is there a way to either blank out avg columns or show zero's in the grand total row of a pivot table. See attached file.

I do not know that it is possible.
But you can make a second pivot table, and on that pivot table it is possible to NOT add an endtotal.
Notice my main language is not English.

You could format those two Grand Total cells such that font color mirrors the background (thus rendering them 'invisible', albeit still present)
