Pivot Table - "Hierarchical Filters" Available?

    Hi everyone,

I have a question on whether Pivot tables have the ability to do a "hierarchical filter." In the attached sample, I have a few columns for food based on category, sub-category, and product. If I created a pivot out of this and use category and sub-category as the filters, the sub-category filter would contain a list of all the options, even if I were to filter to just one category.

Please let me know if such feature is available, it'd make pivots so much more efficient!

    Administrative Note:

Please don't quote whole posts, especially when you are responding to the one immediately preceding your own - it's just clutter. It's OK to quote if you are responding to a post out of sequence, but limit quoted content to a few relevant lines that makes clear to whom and what you are responding. Thanks!
