I want to have line chart
In Column B i have Names and Column C number values. So extract the individual points it would be IF B="x" then C, but im struggling i think it might needs to use dynamic ranges.

Not clear how the result range should look like.
You need to elaborate what exactly should happen to individual values not relevant (not plot, leave gap etc.).
It's hard to visualise or second guess what exactly you have in mind.
Attached is two possibilities, depending what you want to do.
It should be self-explanatory.
Scatter chart is chosen for convenience to ignore/not plot error values and therefore make the chart (x-axis) dynamic.
