Multiple data from the same source

    Hello everybody.

I am trying to create a Pivot table that will show "Pass" and "Fail" results so I can calculate the Pass rate. My issue is that for example if one person has 3 or 4 evaluations, the Pivot table returns only 2 under his/her name.
Is there a way to have every result for each person per row in the table? That way I can calculate the No of Pass divided by the total number of evaluations.

To be more clear, I want to have for example:
    Under John:

    Pass Fail
    76% 0%
    56%
    90%
    Under Alex
    Pass Fail
    67% 0%
    80% 0%
    86%
    90%
The final goal is to have data automatically inserted in the table after every evaluation, which is working but only up to 2 names

I hope it is clear enough.

    Thank you in advance!

So, if Nick receives another evaluation, it should enter automatically in the Pivot. However, it is not working if there is more than 2.

Is there a way to have more evaluations submitted under the same name?

I still dont understand your question.
Try creating an intermediate colum in your data (e.g. Evaluation number) and place it in the row section of your pivot table. Without that Pivot table will aggregate for each name.

Re: Multiple data from the same source

I m sorry but I m trying to explain . The example is that if you Nick (in the file) receives the 3rd evaluation as Fail, it will go and sum-up to the Fail column, instead of adding a 3rd row for him.
That way, I cannot know how many Fails there are, nor the score for each one of them. I want every result separately in the pivot table.

Hey tgatheru, I have found the solution but I think it will be more complicated to explain.
Anyway, thank you for your interest.
