How to plot MOSFET curves for Ids vs Vds in excel

Hi, enclosed is an excel file that contains data for a MOSFET. There are two worksheets in the file. The data on BOTH sheets is the same i just put the data into two different formats in case one is easier to plot than another.

Basically i want to plot an Ids vs Vds family of curves for each Vgs value. I am enlosing a picture of what this graph should look like.

If anyone knows how to do this i would appreciate it.

Unless I am missing something, it looks like a basic scatter chart (lines without markers) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...rs=en-us&ad=us

For someone who is new to Excel charting, I would probably use the arrangement in Data1. Select B7:C56 -> Insert chart -> Scatter (line without markers). Then add the other data series using the Select Data dialog -> Add data series -> D7:D56 for the X values and E7:E56 for the Y values -> repeat until all data series are added. Then format the chart as desired.

In Excel 2007, you can access the Select Data dialog on the Chart Tools (only present when a chart is selected) -> Design Ribbon or by right clicking on the chart and choosing "Select Data". Within this dialog is a section labeled "Legend Entries (Series)" that lists the existing data series and has an "Add" button. Click on the Add button to add a series and bring up a dialog that will allow you to fill in the Name, Xvalues, and Yvalues fields for you new data series.
