Highlight max value in block of cells from pivot table

Hello,

How do you go about highlighting the max value from a block of cells. I want to highlight the max value in a block of cells where the partial pivot table lies, - L7:N11.

Attached is the pivot table where the max value from the range of cells is 2.3098. This value is found in Cell M10. How to highlight just that cell?
