Slicer does not filter correctly

Have a clean table. When creating slicers it will show more then was selected.

For example in the workbook sheet7 I selected "A" on the slicers and other slicers has more items listed.
I have spent hours and can not figure it out. See attachment please.

I was asked to explain a better as well as explain why.

I can only rephrase my above statement. The why is unknown to me hence I am reaching out. I have re-done the table, used different format on the cell. Could there be a limitation on the amount of slicer?

Now to rephrase. I have several slicers. As an example with data on the Cell A, B, C ,C. When I select to filter "A", not all slicers show A where "A" is to be shown. Other results show that should not show.

Please refer to the attached example for a visual Aid on what I am trying to explain. My apologies, for the low level explanation. I an not an expert.
