How to have a Pivot copy a formula along?

    Hello everyone,

We use a Pivot to check sequencing errors, e.g. not starting with a 1 or if entry has max sequence of 5, but only 4 entries.
To check that we have a Pivot and 2 formulas next to it. When we refresh the Pivot the formulas are not dragged along so they have to be copied down everytime.

Is there any way to tell a Pivot that formula x should always be in column y?

Possibly, you can record a macro of you entering the formula and re-apply the macro after the pivot refresh?

It has to be without Macro etc., I meant more like if it's possible to "assign" that in the Pivot itself

A pivot table cannot affect formulas that are adjacent to it without code. It might be possible to do it with the pivot table itself but you haven't supplied enough information to say whether that's an option.
