    Index match function

    How to avoid repeat country is the two country values are same ?

    Please refer to the attached file.
    I have added a column with unique ranking from where you then can lookup the values for the countries and cases.
    In your table, the issue is that 2 countries have the same number of cases, hence the duplicate in the country lookup.
